This privacy policy explain how IDationTech Inc., the creator, owner and manager of Socurely (“Socurely”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and discloses information with Socurely (the “Service”), In addition, this Privacy Policy describes your rights and choices with respect to the personal information we collect.
Service Data will be used by Socurely in accordance with the applicable MSA, Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. Socurely is a processor of Service Data and Customer is the controller.

Socurely will retain Service Data in accordance with the applicable MSA, Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law.
Socurely may retain Other Information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping Other Information for the period of time needed for Socurely to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. That Customer can work with Socurely’s Legal and Customer Success teams to address your concerns.
You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us at privacy@socurely.com. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
Socurely may also process Other Information that constitutes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, and you have a right to object to Socurely’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Update” date of this Privacy Policy.
